Freaks of Desire were an electronic rock band from London. Freaks of Desire were formed in Shepherds Bush, London in 1993. Their unique sound was derived from a diverse set of influences and combined programmed beats and electronic soundscapes with strong melodies and driving distorted guitars. The band quickly came to the attention of Dave Stewart from Eurythmics, who signed them to his label, Anxious Records.

It was released on December 15, 2014, by RCA Records, bringing an end to his 14-year hiatus that followed his 2000 album Voodoo. The album was produced and mostly written by D'Angelo, who collaborated with musicians such as percussionist Questlove, bassist Pino Palladino, guitarist Isaiah Sharkey, and horn player Roy Hargrove.

Savage Messiah is UK metal band on Century Media Records WW ex-Japan and Trooper Entertainment i. .This album represents a culmination of a lot of hard work. We pushed ourselves in the studio to step up and for the most part had a really great time working on these songs. Again, Michael Franks switches gears, this time back to a more romantic, thoughtful approach. The result is Objects of Desire, a natural follow-up to Tiger in the Rain. Steve Khan adds a distinctive touch with his guitar work as does Rob Mounsey with his keyboards; yet neither takes away from the orchestrated grandeur of some tracks. Primarily produced by Franks, the album was his most personal statement musically up to that point. In his attempt to create a musical portrait in a style reminiscent of the art of Paul Gauguin, Franks comes closest with "Tahitian Moon.
