Organic Audio - The Biz album download
Organic Audio is an event that looks to capture a vast collaborative soundscape.

This album is crazy and experimental. Biz raps about ferocious body odor and undercover transsexuals. The best song though is a normal one, a seasonal anthem entitled Spring Again. Elsewhere Biz needs to cut down on random shout-outs to neighborhood friends. The Dedication intro, which I think samples Prince’s Let’s Go Crazy, should, if it had to be included at all, have been put at the end rather than the beginning.

Resulting in the 1999 album, Back to My Roots, Spence's side project allowed him to explore his inner Brazilian while not ignoring the tightly woven jazz elements that he had contributed to the Freakniks. With a more percussive dance sound and fine songs like "The Sound of Okra," Organic Audio dove off from the lofty perch that the Freakniks inhabited and swam in a crazy sea of world influences. Organic Audio gives Spence the chance to be the one man band he has aspired to be since his childhood. His Trip-Hop project feasts upon Brazilian-inspired Acid Jazz.
