Ekatarina Velika - Ekatarina Velika album download

Ekatarina Velika, sometimes referred to as EKV for short, was a Serbian and former Yugoslav rock band from Belgrade, being one of the most successful and influential music acts coming out of former Yugoslavia. Initially called Katarina II (Serbian Cyrillic: Катарина II, English: Catherine II), the band had built up a devoted following that greatly intensified and expanded after the death of its frontman Milan Mladenović in 1994, which caused the band to dissolve.

Ljubav (Ekatarina Velika album). Ljubav (English: Love) is the fourth studio album by the Serbian rock band Ekatarina Velika, released in 1987. The new band member, replacing Ivan "Raka" Ranković on drums, was Srđan "Žika" Todorović (ex Radnička kontrola, Bezobrazno zeleno, Disciplina kičme). It was their first album released for the Serbian label PGP RTB, and also the first EKV album produced by the Australian musician Theodore Yanni

Ekatarina Velika is the second studio album by the Serbian rock band Ekatarina Velika, released in 1985. Before this release, the band was called Katarina II, and had released a self-titled album in 1984. The group personnel included the new drummer, Ivan "Firchie" Fece (ex. Luna, Jakarta), who had replaced VD, and excluded Gagi Mihajlović. The album was recorded at the SIM studio in Zagreb with Vladimir Smolec as producer. Guests on the album were Massimo Savić (backing vocals), at the time the lead singer of the Croatian band Dorian Grey and Tomo in der Mühlen (on guitar) from the.

Ekatarina Velika ("Catherine the Great", named after Catherine II of Russia, also called EKV for short) was one of the most successful and influential rock/New Wave bands from Yugoslavia. The core of the band consisted of singer/guitarist Milan Mladenović, keyboardist Margita Stefanović and bassist Bojan Pečar, with other members only remaining with the band for shorter periods.

Producer, Music By, Arranged By – Ekatarina Velika. Recorded By – Dragan Čačinović - Čač. Vocals – Massimo Savić. A deserved masterpiece, this is not the group's crucial album alone. After an equally impressive start as "Katarina II" a few years earlier, "EKV" was a fresh new start. The opening track "Oči boje meda" (meaning: "The eyes of honey") makes it for a spooky start.

Ekatarina Velika is the second studio album by the Serbian rock band Ekatarina Velika, released in 1985. Oči boje meda" (Honey Colored Eyes) – 3:36. Zaboravi ovaj grad" (Forget This City) – 3:03.
