In May 1968, the band met at Harrison's home in Esher to record demos of some of the songs that would be released in November as The Beatles. The Beatles Diary Volume 2: After the Break-Up 1970–2001. London: Omnibus Press. ISBN 978-0-7119-8307-6. The Love You Make: An Insider's Story of the Beatles. New York, NY: New American Library. ISBN 978-0-4512-0735-7.

The second volume consists of the years 1966 through 1970. Information is given for every year before the break-up of the Beatles. Like the first volume, this volume traces the sometimes dizzying series of encounters with the press. That evening they appeared at the Tonight Show. They returned to England on May 16, 1968, in front of newsreel cameras. For every interview, every press conference, every recording session, the authors give the date, time, and location of the encounter, the length of the interview or recording session, for studio recording sessions, what songs were recorded, and the titles of the unauthorized CDs or DVDs where the recording may be found. One person found this helpful.

Rhythm Rulers, Various "Mudies mood" 1970 . Various "Queen of the world" 1970 . vinyl album Trojan TBL 139. Each album is pressed on 180g vinyl, presented in sleeves purported to be exact replicas of the original releases, and all are packaged together in a rigid card outer box. The set also comes with a download code for MP3s. Volume Two 1966-1970 is released on 13 November 2015. This is wonderful news, but does anyone know if there will a CD box issued at some point. I have the orignal issues of all in my record collection. It is tempting to purchase them again in pristine vinyl form.
